What properties does the Home Hunter Report cover?The Home Hunter Reports works on all residential properties in Ireland. All you need to know is the Eircode. The Home Hunter Report will not work for new builds which have not yet been issued an Eircode for at least 2-3 months.

Do I get a physical Home Hunter Report?As an eco-friendly company, we are always trying to reduce the use of paper. So rather than sending a report in the post, we will provide you with a link to a downloadable PDF version of your report. This will be emailed directly to you within 20 minutes of your purchase and, if you choose to print it, your Home Hunter Report will be in a printable format.

Why didn't my report include all topics?Whilst we strive to ensure that all data points are covered in every report, in the rare occasion (<10% of reports) public data may not available for all reporting topics. This is something that is beyond our control and we are constantly searching for new data sources in order to close these gaps.
